Chris has built up extensive experience in the insurance industry since 1995; acting as a project manager on projects of all sizes including single properties as well as leading large scale ‘event’ type repair schemes to a number of properties.
Insurvey Limited is based in Ringwood on the border between Dorset and Hampshire. Through working relationships, we have consultant colleagues based in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Berkshire providing a comprehensive coverage of Southern England and Wales.

We offer a project management service of varying levels for building projects. Our input can range from preparing a schedule of works and recommending contractors to full specification including design, tendering, and the appointment of contractors, regular site visits and certification of payments including the final account.
We specialise in managing repairs following the occurrence of an insured peril, including:

· escape of water
Through a team of affiliated consultants, we can provide Structural & Civil Engineering and Architectural design.
We are experienced in investigating, reporting, specifying and managing repairs associated with all manner of building defects including:
· wet rot, dry rot, water ingress, condensation & dampness
· superstructure cracking and distortion
· acoustic and insulation problems
· drainage problems
A building survey is a detailed inspection and structural report suitable for all buildings but particularly relevant in the case of older, larger structures. The inspection can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the client.
We carry out valuations of residential and commercial property for insurance purposes which can be provided on a ‘stand-alone’ basis or included within a Building Survey.
